Working with Soz Redland means receiving the promptest and most earnest feedback you could get from a dramaturg. Soz is always encouraging in relation to the work that it’s received and always reverts back with comments that help move forwards and upwards with the script. Redland’s attention to detail means you will no longer send a script less than polished to a theatre or an agent.

Production Dramaturgy
Soz has been the Dramaturg for INQUISITIVE’s project, On Having No Head, since its inception, initially advising on the writing of the eponymous book’s adaptation, then on its staging for the Bloomsbury Theatre and subsequently during the devising of our physical theatre response to the book and its adaptation, for the Lincoln Performing Arts Centre.
Soz’s input was invaluable at each of these stages due to their unique ability to grasp at once the greater picture and its key strands and details and to help us keep these in sight along the way. Their sharp insight into what at times are revealed as different viewpoints is also highly valuable in clarifying communication and helping keep us on the same page during the theatre-making process.
